Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the disaster restoration industry, is seeking a Mitigation Manager for Superior Restoration in Lake Elsinore, CA. They are seeking a candidate with great ethics, values, high energy and excellent problem-solving skills. The Mitigation Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for the mitigation department. This role will provide direction and coordination of all field activities related to the technicians, trade partners, estimating the loss utilizing Xactimate software and managing the lifecycle of the job. The Mitigation Manager will also be responsible managing and growing the mitigation department out of the Lake Elsinore office.

Compensation:

• $80,000-$95,000/ yr

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage and build high performing teams
• Review job profitably and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation department
• Use Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects, selling services to the customer
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance professionals
• Ability to estimate and manage mitigation projects
• Respond to property damage emergency calls
• Ability to communicate with a variety of customers
• Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize moisture mapping software
• Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors
• Participate in design, process and permit submittal
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Attend all appropriate company meetings
• Additional duties required as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a management role, preferably in the restoration industry
• Xactimate experience is a plus
• IICRC, WRT/ASD and MRT are preferred
• Program work experience is a plus
• Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person)
• Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and accountable
