Wylander Solutions, a recruiting company specializing in the construction industry, is hiring a Construction Project Manager for a full-service restoration company located in the Winston Salem, NC area.

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects.

• Write & Run projects.

• Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors. Participate in design, process and permit document preparation.

• Responsible for financial budgeting and overall financial oversight of jobs. Establish and maintain client relationships.

• Complete weekly expense reports, approve invoices.

• Attend all appropriate company meetings.

• Customer service savvy.

• Additional duties required as needed.

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience as a construction project manager.

• Xactimate and Insurance experience desired.

• Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented.

• Must pass background check and have clean MVR.
