We are looking for a Full-Time INVENTORY SPECIALIST in SACRAMENTO, CA who embraces the Wyld culture. SUMMARY 

    Accurately documents and tracks all product inventory once completed by kitchen production to final sale within the state mandated seed to sale program (Metrc) as well as all internal tracking systems.  Manages inventory before and after packaging, testing and sales fulfillment. Facilitates and assists with all sale transactions including being a point of contact for our Account Managers. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. 

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Complete compliance webinar series along with readings.  Have a basic understanding of all BCC and Metrc compliance regarding labeling, inventory, testing, transfers and manifesting
    • Maintain inventory regulations
      • Must keep inventory levels within a 5% parameter and accurately communicate and log all discrepancies
      • Perform daily audits of physical inventory
    • Receive inventory 
      • Document and enter all inventory from production kitchen into Metrc and other tracking systems
      • Clearly label all inventory
    • Work closely with Inventory Manager on inventory levels and packaging planning 
    • Log all transfers from bulk inventory items into finished packaged sellable units
    • Maintain all inventory tracking systems – update every morning and evening
    • Fulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, associate appropriate COAs, and facilitate with the intake and outtake of product with Account Managers and Sales Support
    • Maintain a clean and extremely organized inventory vault 
    • Work closely with Inventory Manager to provide feedback to continuously streamline facility processes, inventory management and sales 
    • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
    • Ensure a safe working environment

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED 
    • Experience: At least 1 year of directly related experience and/or training in an inventory, analyst or logistics role or environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment. Must have strong attention to detail.  
    • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. METRC experience preferred. 
    • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to pass a Live Scan with the City of Los Angeles. Food Handler's Card a plus.
    • Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.

    • California regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older

    COMPENSATION

    This position is full time 40 hours/week, $18/hr, overtime, PTO and FULLY PAID HEALTH, DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE.
