Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers.
- Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene.
- Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive and friendly persona at all times.
- Requires strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails.
- Willing to work in a loud and smoke filled environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
- The ability to work within a team environment.
- If hired in a steady extra (SE) position, the Cocktail Server-Model must be available to work all shifts; to include Day, Swing and Grave shift.
- Experience in European Bottle service preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in high volume beverage or nightclub setting; previous model/bottle presenter experience preferred, but not required.
