Job Description

Wynn Las Vegas seeks a detail-oriented and strategic Campaign Planning Manager to join our dynamic Casino Marketing team. The successful candidate will manage the campaign calendar, prioritize future initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong collaborator who can work effectively with the Insights & Ideation team, develop business logic, and maintain budget and timeline adherence. The Campaign Planning Manager will also define campaign proformas to benchmark campaign profitability, driving the success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Manage and oversee the campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Prioritize future marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights and business needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to coordinate campaign activities and ensure cohesive execution.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Insights & Ideation team to develop innovative and effective campaign strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather input and feedback, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

Business Logic Development:

• Develop and implement business logic to guide campaign planning and execution.
• Ensure that campaigns are executed within budget constraints and adhere to established timelines.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.

Campaign Proformas:

• Define and create campaign proformas to benchmark and evaluate campaign profitability.
• Analyze the financial performance of campaigns and provide insights for future improvements.
• Utilize data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in campaign planning and management, preferably within the casino or hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a strategic mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
