  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The Banquet Schedule Manager is responsible for managing and scheduling.

    • Is accountable for managing server schedules based on the A, B and C call list.
    • It is also the responsibility of the schedule manager to process the daily change logs and pop up functions and adjust the server schedules as necessary.
    • Monitors self-scheduling systems closely and ensures coverage during events.
    • Responsible for calculating and submitting bi-weekly payroll.
    • Manages staff development and performance.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must possess strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Delphi and Celayix and Kronos preferred.
    • Must be able to work in a team environment.
    • Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.
