    Job Description

    The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Far East Marketing division of Wynn Las Vegas.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • The Far East Marketing Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support and acting as a liaison to all Far East Casino Marketing and Hosts by executing their requests.
    • Acts as an extension of all aspects of Far East Marketing when dealing with guests and other departments.
    • Track information related to booking restrictions, promotions and room rates.
    • Book hotel accommodations, shows, limousine service, dining reservations and amenities for Casino guests. Handle reservation revisions and check-outs.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative support position
    • Requires intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Working knowledge of hospitality/casino software systems includes Salesforce, Opera, Patron, Go Concierge and Open Tee preferred.
    • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English languages (read, speak, write) required.
    • Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as precise attention to detail.
    • Exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced/multi-tasking environment.
    • Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Requires a willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends.
    • Must be able to work proficiently with deadlines and disciplined to work without constant guidance and supervision.
    • A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering Position.
    • Must be 21 years of age or older.
