  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Purpose of the Role:

    To enable the Private Access team and beyond to define and recognize all Private Access members across the business and to elevate recognition and personalization across the business.

    Responsibilities:

    Guest Experience

    • Accountable for ensuring anticipatory and seamless guest data accuracy during membership, enrollment, and staying in touch.
    • Constantly seeks to know and understand each guest and their needs.
    • Assists in identifying and planning recognition and personalization activities.
    • Assists in maintaining Private Access guest portal.
    • Ensures new Private Access guests are enrolled, Empower profile updated and collateral sent.
    • Assists with special events invitations and performance metrics.

    Financials:

    • Responsible for accurate coding of all Private Access members.
    • Assists in generating reports for Private Access key performance metrics.

    Supplies and Collateral:

    • Responsible for ensuring sufficient Private Access collateral.
    • Responsible for maintaining and sourcing equipment required for personalization & recognition.
    • Responsible for inventory management of all gifts and recognition items.

    Systems & Processes:

    • Solely responsible for creation and maintenance of single profiles of all Private Access members in all source systems.
    • Maintains immaculate guest dossiers across all systems.
    • Transfers guests’ knowledge from all systems to Empower.
    • Assists in content creation and ensures Private Access guest portal functions seamlessly.

    Culture:

    • Ensure all guests and employee interactions are in accordance with Forbes 5-Star standards.
    • Actively promotes and uses the Company’s Core Values to lead by example.

    Behaviors & Skills:

    Desire to cross borders beyond departmental silos. Proven self-management and project management skills. Ability to monitor and control program and membership budgets and performance. Strong and cross-functional property management system knowledge. Understands the needs and attitudes of Wynn VIP guetss. Empathetic and attentive to guests’ needs. Detailed oriented and curious. Excellent knowledge of CRM and property management systems.

    Measures of Success:

    Private Access portal metrics, Empower Golden Record, Guest Dossiers Management.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • College education preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of luxury hotel management experience.
    • Extensive knowledge of Property Management systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Patron, Opera, HotSoS, Alice, Seven Rooms, and MS Office.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
