Purpose of the Role:
To enable the Private Access team and beyond to define and recognize all Private Access members across the business and to elevate recognition and personalization across the business.

Desire to cross borders beyond departmental silos. Proven self-management and project management skills. Ability to monitor and control program and membership budgets and performance. Strong and cross-functional property management system knowledge. Understands the needs and attitudes of Wynn VIP guetss. Empathetic and attentive to guests’ needs. Detailed oriented and curious. Excellent knowledge of CRM and property management systems.
Measures of Success:
Private Access portal metrics, Empower Golden Record, Guest Dossiers Management.
