    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Global Compliance Analyst to join our growing compliance team. This role is responsible for conducting database inquiries, open source research, processing investigative case work, facilitating background investigations, and performing other duties as required to ensure the company's compliance with various domestic and international laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct database inquiries and open source research to gather and analyze relevant data for compliance and risk assessment purposes.
    • Process investigative case work, ensuring accurate documentation, timely resolution, and appropriate escalation of potential compliance issues.
    • Facilitate background investigations for prospective employees, vendors, and business partners, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
    • Assist in internal and external audits, responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation as needed.
    • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
    • Perform other duties as required to support the Global Compliance team's objectives.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
