    Job Description

    HOURS 7:00 - 5:00 PM -MAY VARY WITH CUSTOMER NEEDS (8 HOUR DAYS WITH SOME FLEXIBILITY ON START/END TIMES. SOME OVERTIME REQUIRED AS NEEDED)

     

    JOB DUTIES:

    ● Manage inbound and outbound paperwork

    ● Create specific paperwork and processes for each customer’s needs

    ● Communicate with Drivers and Transportation companies

    ● Work efficiently with corporate and warehouse teams

    ● Strong organizational and time management skills

     

     

    SKILLS:

    ● MS Office Computer Knowledge - Must be proficient in MS Excel and Gmail

    ● Able to learn Warehouse Management Software System

    ● Must be comfortable multitasking in a fast paced and busy environment while maintaining detail accuracy

    ● Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data

    ● Able to complete daily tasks without direct supervision

    ● Excellent communication and Customer Service Skills

    ● Strong organizational and time management skills

    ● Flexibility, attention to detail, and time management are crucial to be successful in this role
