    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Utilizing the latest radiographic technology, the X-Ray Technician ensures the delivery of top-quality imaging while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
    - Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort.
    - Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures as per hospital standards.
    - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret X-ray results and support patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
    - Adhere to radiation safety protocols and regulations to minimize exposure risks to patients and staff.
    - Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

    Qualifications:
    - Completion of an accredited radiologic technologist program.
    - Valid certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.
    - State licensure
    - Experience as an X-Ray Technician.
    - Strong attention to detail, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team.

    Working Conditions:
    - Part-time position requiring flexible working hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
    - Ability to lift and move patients as necessary.
    - Exposure to radiation and infectious diseases with adherence to safety protocols.
