Job Summary

We are seeking an X-ray Technologist to join our team! As an X-ray Technologist, you will set up the equipment for each study, greet and prepare patients and explain our procedures, and perform studies according to the physician referrals/authorizations provided to us. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, prior experience working as an X-ray technologist, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Communicate with patients to understand their medical needs and concerns pertaining to the studies

Utilize equipment with precision and care and assist in maintaining and cleaning the equipment and rooms, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain an inventory of daily supplies

Thoroughly document all patient services within a patient’s file

Follow all required safety regulations, including wearing appropriate safety gear, to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail
