We are seeking an IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL to become a part of our team!

Very busy experienced law firm primarily Immigration/Criminal. Located in Summerlin.

Ideal Candidate will be passionate about helping others, organized, detailed, efficient. Bilingual in Spanish preferred, excellent typing skills, AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE IN IMMIGRATION LAW REQUIRED, works well under pressure, able to multitask.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Preparing Petitions with USCIS and the Immigration Court
2. Preparing letters, memos, motions, and legal briefs
3. Meeting with clients, answering phones
4. Calendaring dates and appointments
5. Completing cases from beginning to end
6. Prioritizing work with deadlines in mind

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an immigration paralegal or criminal law legal assistant
• Familiarity with legal research
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good grammar and English composition
• Deadline and detail-oriented
