    POSITION SUMMARY:  Grow Xcite revenue by identifying new business opportunities with both existing Xcite customers, and automobile dealers that are currently not Xcite customers. Acquire new business for Xcite by turning these opportunities into upgrades or new business. Maintain client relationships and perform on-going Account Management Activities in collaboration with Xcite team members

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • Aggressive prospecting and cold calling via a combination of fields sales, phone sales, email and social networking
    • Ability to make 10+ field sales calls per day, 3-5 days per week in your local market and identified regional markets
    • Ability to perform office activities such as making outgoing phone calls, emails, answering incoming leads by phone, chat email and documenting lead and deal status in company provided tools. 
    • Effective phone presence and professional, confidence-inspiring personality. 
    • Effective presentations skills
    • Proactive, thorough management of prospect list and tracking of activity and results. 
    • Manage collateral fulfillment requests. 
    • Maintain effective personal workflow including setting goals, scheduling of calls and supporting special projects from time to time as communicated by management. 
    • Assist in the rapid growth of the company and take responsibility for the identification and nurturing of new sales opportunities to both current Xcite customers and dealers that currently do not use Xcite’s services.
    • Execute on outbound lead identification and initial contact.  Local territory travel for relationship building, prospecting, cold calling and occasional air travel. 
    • Enter opportunities and deals into the company CRM and update those deals through the sales process

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

    • Proven track record and appetite for winning.  Field and phone -based selling of our technology and services.  An understanding of web-based selling, e-commerce, interactive advertising and marketing, and an understanding of the automobile dealership and related industry. 
    • Effective phone and in person presence and professional, confidence-inspiring personality. 
    • Self-starter with a whatever it takes attitude is necessary. Strong work ethic with a strong desire to win. 
    • Ability to easily learn other online tools used by Xcite Advertising.
    • Ability to be proactive, personable, organized, and responsible, and can work remotely and be an integral member of a team.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • BA/BS equivalent experience preferred
    • 1-2 years’ experience in high volume sales, experience in automotive industry is a plus. 
    • Experience with Google Suite, (email, calendar, sheets, slides, drive, hangouts etc….), Zoho CRM.
