XFINIO, LLC designs, manufactures and supports advanced separations technologies that optimize the performance of mission critical fluid processing operations in the Energy and Industrial OEM sectors.  We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Management Associate that will interface closely with Operations, Accounting, and Quality.  The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional who coordinates and oversees several support areas and strives for continuous improvement initiatives and drives improvements. 

Responsibilities:

·         Assist in the management, control and maintenance of an ERP system

·         Obtains quotes and routes purchasing verification communications

·         Enters orders into an ERP system

·         Submit orders and purchasing information to vendors

·         Evaluate supply competitors and watch market trends

·         Align with cross-functional associates to manage communication with vendors

·         Work with suppliers on lead time information and tracking information

·         Review requests from MN and TX facilities

·         Other support tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:

·         Minimum 4 year Bachelor of Science is preferred, prior work experience in similar role equivalency

·         Ability to communicate and participate in a team based environment

·         Strong work ethic

·         Critical thinking skills

·         Advanced written and oral communication skills

·         Able to manage multiple tasks

·         Takes initiative, self-driver, attention to detail
