    We are looking for an Automotive Technician to join our successful team of passionate automotive professionals.     As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using the Diagnostic Tools/Software, and be familiar with AllData, Identifix, and ProDemand and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

    Responsibilities

    Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes, and drivability problems.

    Ability to perform in depth Diagnostic to identify mechanical and/or electrical problems and make repair recommendations

    Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, suspension and brake pad/rotors replacement, and Heating and Air Conditioning Services

    Perform complex mechanical and/or electrical repairs

    Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes

    Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols

    Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

    Collaborate with the team to deliver quality automobile repairs in timely fashion

    Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED is required

    Previous experience as an automotive technician and/or mechanic.

    Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

    Deadline and detail-oriented

    An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred

    Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred

    Strong customer service and communications skills is preferred
