** Pay & Benefits:**

· Hourly Rate: $18.25/hr.

· Overtime Pay: $27.38/hr. (after 40 hrs./week)

· Paid Time Off (PTO): 4% of hourly earnings redeemable anytime in ADP as Cash

** Key Responsibilities:**

· Assist drivers with the safe handling and delivery of heavy/bulky items (50-300 lbs. with team lift)

· Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles

· Use handheld technology for routing and delivery updates

· Deliver packages with care, professionalism, and excellent customer service

· Support teammates with rescues and extra deliveries when needed

** Requirements:**

· Age: 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

· Ability to lift and move heavy packages with a team (50-70+lbs frequently, up to 300 lbs. with partner)

· Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused

· Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

· Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen

Work Details:

· Location: Amazon HMC3 Station 2361 S Withers Rd, Liberty, MO 64068

· Breaks: 2 paid 15-minute breaks + 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift

· Hiring Timeline: Typically, 1-2 weeks to complete

Your shift starts at the Amazon station, where youll help load the truck, then spend the day teaming up with a driver to deliver oversized items. Youll lift, carry, and deliver packages while using handheld devices to track progress. Its active work that keeps you moving all day.
