Responsibilities:
· Calendar management
· International/domestic travel coordination
· Meeting coordination
· Aid executive in preparing for meeting
· Marketing experience a plus
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or associates degree
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
· Experience managing more than one calendar
· Polished, organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
