XP League is an esports league that is modeled after classic youth sports organizations, making it easy for parents and kids to understand our programming. Through coach and player training-that is custom-tailored by the PCA, Aim Lab, and our program directors-anyone can become a successful coach. Parents with no video game or esports experience will be able to connect with their kids on a level they had never imagined. What are we looking for? We are looking for a League Commissioner to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. Responsibilities include: As a League Commissioner: Oversee daily operations of the league. Represent XP League in Business and Marketing events Run Digital Marketing and Community marketing campaigns Follow up on leads, schedule tours and close deals. Work with parents to define children's goals. Provide league tours while maintaining awareness of players currently in the league. Engage with children and families in the league. Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing. Engage and oversee coaches/culture keepers to ensure team needs are met. Ensure the league is a fun and safe learning environment for our players. Uphold corporate standards with respect to league cleanliness & operational standards. Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to league dynamics. Report weekly to the executive team on progress. As a Coach: Commit to the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) Training - go through the guides and learn it Create a positive and safe environment in which players can grow Work with children to determine skill sets Provide feedback to parents after working with players who are on a tour/tryout Clean site throughout the day to ensure cleanliness is kept up to corporate standard Qualifications: Work history with children ages 7 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids. Nice to have knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership. Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment. Flexible schedule Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Deadline and detail oriented. We can't miss dates or overlook customers. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience working with the general public Experience in teaching, mentoring or childcare Works well with others; collaborates Knowledgeable about gaming and technology; or able to quickly pick up basic concepts Must be fun to work with and like working in fast paced environments where requirements can change frequently
