  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Inspecting incoming materials (PC boards, sheet metal, etc.),
    • PC board and harness assemblies (many different types), 
    • Final assemblies (assembled power supplies) 
    • Final Inspection (after Test andBurn-in, before shipping)
    • Inspect material orders on your daily assignment sheet, using BOMs and assembly drawings
    • Enter Reject information into computer, print rework and return order to assembler and/or do move transactions as required to move order to next department
    • Keep QA Supervisor informed of Quality issues

    WORK HOURS ARE:

    Second Shift: 3:30pm to 12:00am, Half-hour lunch

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Read and understand mechanical drawings and Bills of Material
    • Use micrometer, dial caliper, hole gauge and other measuring tools
    • Resistor color code, component identification, good soldering skills
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds to move material to/from cart or table
    • Good communication skills
    • Strong work ethic, good judgement, and attention to detail
    • Ability to think clearly and logically
    • Will certify in IPC-610 and 620 workmanship standards
