XPRS Capital is a Santa Monica based financial technology company seeking a flexible self-starter to join our team. The role will be broad and challenging giving the candidate exposure to many facets of the business including credit underwriting, data analysis and operations. The ideal candidate is someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

· 2+ years of work experience, preferably as an underwriter or credit analyst at a bank or lender

· Strong analytic and problem solving skills

· Technical proficiency in Excel

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

· Flexibility and ability to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities at the same time and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

· Ability to work independently and be part of a multi-disciplinary team.

· Meticulous with an eye for detail

· Ability to act independently and make sound decisions
