ABOUT THE ROLE

The digital marketing internship position is an excellent opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience with the many facets of digital marketing.

The primary focus will be on our corporate website. You will be creating and updating web pages, updating content for search engine optimization (SEO), along with performing research and website analytics to continue improving the online visitor experience.

Those who have been most successful with this role in the past had great attention to detail – catching spelling/grammar errors, broken links, and offering creative solutions to problems. Being comfortable with Excel and its vlookup and pivot table functionality is needed on occasion.

This position is within Xactware marketing at the Lehi, Utah office.

ABOUT THE DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

·         Implementing new pages and content within our content management system (CMS)

·         Running website audits and either correcting or coordinating those fixes

·         Understanding website analytics and identifying areas for improvement on the website and with the data collection process

·         Review campaign results and suggest areas for improvement

·         Data review, analysis, and cleansing

QUALIFICATIONS

ABOUT YOU AND HOW YOU CAN EXCEL IN THIS ROLE

·         The ability to set and achieve goals

·         Computer Skills: Familiar with Windows OS navigation, Browser navigation, and use of Microsoft Excel

·         Good work ethic with professional demeanor

·         Works well with others to complete team goals and team projects

·         Transportation to and from Xactware’s corporate office

·         Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week
