  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The C# API Developer will participate in the software development lifecycle developing REST APIs (for mobile apps) in an ASP.NET core (hosted in a non-Microsoft OS in AWS) environment. This position is part of a small team of developers and will analyze and design code from business and technical requirements, document work, and communicate effectively with business analysts and quality assurance analysts. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, require minimal supervision, and be responsible for the quality and timeliness of their own work.

    About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role 

    • Participate in Scrum Activities on a scrum team.
    • Review requirements and specifications (User Stories).
    • Design and develop code based on user stories, and that are compliant with team coding standards.
    • Document and track work through an issue tracking system.
    • Participate in code reviews, and use GIT for source control
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or closely related field)
    • Minimum of 5 years software development experience
    • 3+ years of ASP.NET Core experience with C#
    • 2+ years of AWS experience
    • 1+ year of Docker experience
    • Experience with Entity Framework and SQL DBs
    • Good communication skills (written/verbal)

    Salary range: $90,000-105,000 may vary depending on candidate qualifications or experience
