Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. This is an immediate hire! The job location will be in Dallas, TX. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Visit customer sites and check in new employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in recruiting is a plus
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws is a plus
• Bi Lingual is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Computer skills
