    Job Description

    You will drive production and execution of email programs (batched and triggered) for cloud-based business. Major areas of responsibility include executing acquisition, engagement/active use, conversion, and retention email programs.

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

    • Collaborating and working effectively across multiple teams, including product team, Campaign Marketing and RM Group Managers to manage execution of marketing email communications.
    • Work with internal and external creative agencies and BU stakeholders to produce, review and finalize email templates and communications.
    • Work with data team to develop segmentation and list criteria.
    • Oversee the end-to-end production and implementation of each communication. This will include tasks such as:
      • Kick off projects through At Task product management system
      • Manage Creative Reviews
      • Manage timelines to meet drop dates
      • Email tracking setup
      • Standard List Requests
      • Program Schedule/Maintain weekly calendars
      • Contact Management
      • QA emails (links, content, sends)
      • Familiar with audience counts; validates info
      • Complex/test List Requests
      • Monitors post send performance
      • Calendar management
      • Creative History/Summary deck
      • Process refinement for efficiency
    • Work closely with the worldwide field teams to ensure emails are localized with available and relevant, country-specific content.
    • Contact Management – Work closely with other RM colleagues to manage the frequency and relevancy of communications to the paid member audience.
    • Monitor unsubscribe, bounce, open and CTR of communications to ensure the marketable universe remains healthy.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Minimum BA unless applicant has 3 years of applicable experience.
    • Developing and deploying communications on one or more email service/CRM platforms – Exact Target, Eloqua, Silverpop, Responsys, etc.
    • Experience in creating and delivering emails to worldwide audiences. This includes: experience with regional preferences, best practices awareness of typical response rates and behaviors, adding codes for tracking.
    • Be able to define and ensure implementation of program tracking to gain key insights for program optimization.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and as part of a team across many agencies, product groups, and countries.
    • Solid user of Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong attention to detail is required to execute flawless programs.
    • Saas experience from major companies with highly transactional business models – i.e. credit cards, eBay, or other services is helpful.
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills; confidence presenting to groups of different sizes

    This is a remote, contract position. Must reside in the United States.
