Elevate your career with Head Over Heels Gymnastics! We’re looking for coaches to join our Xcel Team Programs. If you have a background in coaching gymnastics, this is your chance to make a lasting impact!

Responsibilities:

Lead and coach structured team training sessions

Implement skill-based lesson plans to develop athletes at various levels

Provide expert instruction, ensuring safety and proper technique

Mentor and motivate young gymnasts, fostering confidence and growth

Communicate progress updates to students and parents

Contribute to program development and team success

Qualifications:

History of coaching competitive gymnastics

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Ability to create a positive and structured training environment

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Physically able to spot athletes and stay active throughout coaching sessions
