We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Microsoft Power Apps Developer, who has a keen interest in Dynamics 365 Service and Sales functions, to join our team. The successful candidate will be eager to learn and develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 to drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for beginners in the field to learn, grow, and make a significant impact.

Essential Duties:

• Assist in the design, building, and maintenance of Microsoft Power Apps solutions based on user requirements.
• Learn to use the Dynamics 365 platform to facilitate business operations in sales and service departments.
• Help translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement them using Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 under supervision.
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with stakeholders and team members to ensure applications meet end-user needs.
• Participate in user training sessions and assist in developing user documentation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems with guidance from senior team members.
• Assist in regular system audits to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 updates and relevant industry trends.
• Other duties assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of or exposure to Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
• Strong desire to learn about Dynamics 365 Service and Sales functions.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
• An enthusiastic approach towards gaining relevant Microsoft certifications (such as PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant or MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales).
