Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Seek out new clients through prospecting and networking

• Prospect and contact potential customers

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

• Create sales material to present to customers

• Meet monthly revenue quotas given by Sales management team

•  Present Xchange Logistics Product: Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance and Customs Brokerage, CCSF, Bonded Warehouse

•  Collaborate with Xchange Operation team to create sales presence in local market

• Maintain communication with internal teams as well as overseas offices

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with Freight forwarder platforms 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Minimum 2 years' experience selling Ocean, Air, and/or Trucking services
• Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
• Solid understanding of territory and market opportunities
• Ability to travel (locally)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Ability to multi-task job duties without request, take an active approach to time management and accountability in regarding daily operations.
