Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Security Guard to join our Xclusive team in Chatsworth California. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment patrolling in a marked private security vehicle. You will protect our premises, building, assets, and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. There are no unhoused or RV's within our properties. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times. Must have clean driving history to operate one of our fleet vehicles. Responsibilities

Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility

Remove trespassers when necessary

Respond to reports of suspicious activity

Report on daily activities and any security incidents

Driving one of our marked security vehicles

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position is preferred

Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures

Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

High level of integrity, professionalism, and high emotional intelligence

Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Ability to work without direct supervision

Must possess clean driving record
