    About the role

    As the Head of HR, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the human resources function within Xebia Americas, an organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. This strategic position requires a dynamic individual with proven leadership abilities, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a strong focus on building a culture that promotes and embodies Xebia's core values: People First, Knowledge Sharing, Quality without compromise, Customer Proximity, and Mission of Authority. ****

    Main duties include;

    • Culture Building: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a culture that aligns with Xebia's core values of People First, Knowledge Sharing, Quality without compromise, Customer Proximity, and Mission of Authority. Encourage a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that supports employee growth, engagement, and satisfaction.
    • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Xebia Americas' goals and objectives, with a specific focus on promoting and reinforcing the organization's core values. Create and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect and support these values.
    • Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent who embrace Xebia's core values. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions that emphasize these values, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions accordingly. Promote talent development and growth opportunities to ensure employees embody and uphold Xebia's values throughout their careers.
    • Employee Relations: Foster and promote a positive employee relations culture ingrained with Xebia's core values. Address any workplace issues that arise promptly and effectively, ensuring that employees feel heard, valued, and engaged. Implement initiatives and programs to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and alignment with Xebia's values.
    • Training and Development: Champion knowledge sharing and continuous learning by identifying training needs aligned with Xebia's core values. Coordinate the design and delivery of relevant training programs that empower employees to enhance their skills, contribute to their teams, and embody Xebia's values in their daily work.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Ensure that Xebia's compensation and benefits programs reflect the organization's commitment to its core values. Develop and administer competitive and equitable reward systems that recognize and incentivize employees who uphold and live by Xebia's values.
    • Compliance and Legal: Stay up to date with labor laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring compliance while driving Xebia's core values. Interpret and communicate legal requirements to management and employees, ensuring that Xebia's values are upheld in all aspects of HR practices.
    • HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics that measure the organization's adherence to Xebia's core values. Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key HR metrics, trends, and analytics tied to the promotion and reinforcement of Xebia's values.
    • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a culture aligned with Xebia's core values and promoting the development of HR professionals who can effectively support and uphold these values across the organization.

    Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
    • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and foster a culture that aligns with organizational values.
    • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
