    How this role transforms workplaces:

    The Human Resource Generalist will serve as the primary client recruitment contact in managing and filling open requisitions. Additionally, the HR Generalist will serve as the primary contact in providing Human Resource services and support to the client, along with the HR Business Partner and Xenium team.

    • Serves as primary point of contact for Human Resources and on-site liaison between the client Integrated Support for Living (IS Living) and Xenium.
    • Responsible to intake all IS Living staff requests and respond accordingly.
    • Performs efficient recruiting activities, guide candidates through all stages of the hiring process, ensuring an optimal candidate experience.
    • Develops relationships with leaders and stakeholders to understand business priorities and required knowledge, skills and capabilities to fill client’s hiring needs in a timely manner.
    • Identifies and develops innovative recruitment strategies, community partnerships and relationships to attract a diverse group of candidates. Evaluates job posting, job description and interview questions to ensure inclusive language.
    • Administers the initial to full-cycle recruiting process as assigned which includes screening resumes, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, making the job offer and conducting pre-employment screening (pre-interview integrity screen, checking references, coordinating background check and drug screen).
    • Maintains accurate documentation and administration of hiring process, including applications for employment, reference and background checks, pre-employment screening, offers of employment. Tracks and reports recruitment metrics to leadership.
    • Manages the administration of people systems: initial to full cycle recruiting, performance management, benefits and compensation, records/file management, leave management, communication, recognition, team building, workers compensation and safety programs.
    • Follows policies, procedures and supports various Human Resource related projects while promoting diversity, legal compliance and ethical Human Resource best practices supporting our mission, culture and strategic direction.

    Who you’ll work with:

    HR Business Partner, Xenium Specialists, Integrated Support for Living management and employees

    Required experience and skills :

    • Two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university combined with at least three years of applicable experience.
    • Commitment to advancing racial equity, and diversity, and inclusion practices in the workplace.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently.
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Must demonstrate trustworthiness, confidentiality, initiative and flexibility.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required.
    • Passion for managing and delivering HR services.

    Xenium HR is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. The starting salary for this role ranges from $31.00-34.00/hour based on skills/knowledge, years of experience, and ensuring pay equity within the organization. The hiring team will share more details regarding compensation based on your experience and location during the interview process.
