HIRING US SALES HEAD FOR A GLOBAL ANALYTICAL MARKETING SERVICES FIRM [ANYWHERE IN US]
JOB BRIEF:
we are looking for a Sales Head for USA who could help us to deepen our Sales and Key Account Management presence in the US. The candidate will be expected to start as an Individual contributor and will be eventually scaling up the US team as we acquire new businesses. This position will be the tip of the spear for our US entry and will report direct to CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
we would need a superstar sales leader, who can work with near zero supervision, Has demonstrable proof of performance in winning 7 figure annual revenue deals. The leader should be familiar with global teams and cultures, and who can start performing from Day One.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Identifying prospects from B2C brand from the target industries, Interact with Head of Marketing/CMO/Head of Analytics/Head of Campaigns.
· Responsible for driving services revenues with offshore delivery capability.
· Improving our current minimum deal sizes which is typically around 250k annualized (monthly billing of 20k) going up to 2 million annualized.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
· The candidate can be located anywhere in the US, but we would prefer someone who is based in one of the major metros where customer connect is easy - NYC, LA, SFO, Chicago, etc.
· We expect someone with fire in the belly, proven competence in winning B2B deals in related categories, preferably in the marketing services space, a history of past successes and a burning desire to win

OUR PRESENCE:
We have Sales Offices in Singapore and Dubai, with a Sales Head and Account Managers who are mapped to one or more clients (depending on the size of the relationship).
We have deep competence in financial services, Telco, insurance and similar industries, which are offline businesses that lend themselves well to a digital and analytical marketing play.
Most of our existing customers are in APAC, with some small percentage of revenues coming in from Europe. We have some US relationships that are marginal at best, mostly created as a result of a global client relationship, or with some offshore connect.
