    XEROX BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is currently hiring one FULL TIMECustomer Service Representative to work on-site at one of our client's sites in SAN ANTONIO, TX. The person hired will provide assistance to our client in the following areas;

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Scans documents and monitors screen image to ensure proper recording
    • Performs quality assurance on scanned documents
    • Files and dockets various legal documents
    • Computer set up/tear down
    • Multi-tasking abilities
    • Perform job duties which require sitting, standing, or bending for up to eight hours
    • Time management skills
    • Self-motivated
    • Performs related duties as required

    This position reports directly to the Site Supervisor/Manager, depending on site personnel configuration.

    QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

    • MINIMUM 2 years scanning or Administrative Duties
    • 1 year computer set up/tear down
    • Requires high school diploma or GED.
    • Must pass a background check and drug screen

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PASS A DRUG SCREEN, MVR, AND BACKGROUND CHECK
