    Xevant seeks an experienced and highly motivated SAE to join our growing team. The SAE focuses on creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with Xevant’s strategic clients. As a key member of the account management team, your leadership will contribute to overall company strategy for servicing Xevant’s long list of diverse clients. As an SAE your expertise and leadership will contribute towards solving our client’s biggest business issues. In addition to giving leadership and strategy, you will manage the resolution status of routine to complex requests, analyze client issues, identify root causes, and assist with driving solutions.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·       Maintain proactive and productive relationships with all client stakeholders

    ·       Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer management matters

    ·       Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives

    ·       Cultivate lasting business relationships with customers through account management practices

    ·       Provide industry and organizational thought leadership and strategy as part of a talented, dynamic team of industry professionals

    ·       Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture

    ·       Identify up-sell opportunities with all assigned accounts

    ·       Recommend ways to enhance Xevant’s product based on client’s needs and requests

    ·       Perform consultative work with assigned clients to identify analytics needs and to maximize Xevant’s value for all client users

    REQUIREMENTS

    ·       3+ years in PBM industry

    ·       Commanding knowledge and understanding of the PBM industry and analytics

    ·       Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

    ·       A drive to push yourself to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals

    ·       A desire to succeed in a fast-paced growth environment

    ·       A reliable and strong work ethic

    ·       Be able to obtain a high level of respect for the challenges our clients face and have a desire to help them succeed.

    ·       Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    ·       Experience and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and typical online applications.

    ·       Previous experience in account management

    ·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

    ·       Proven professional experience with regulatory compliance and requirements including HIPAA
