FOR BAGGAGE HANDLER/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

We're seeking a Baggage Handler/Customer Service Associate to join our team! You'll work at a bus station and provide service support to intercity bus travel. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the safe and accurate loading of buses prior to and during passenger loading
• Meet arriving buses to safely and timely remove baggage and freight/shipments
• Maintain baggage sorting areas (cleanliness and sorting accuracy)
• Clean bus terminal, including workstations, waiting areas, restrooms, loading docks
• Professionally engage with customers and answer their questions
• Direct passengers to correct loading gates for departures
• Ability to handle packages/bags weighing up to 100 lbs
• Ability to work in an outside environment during all seasonal periods
• Uniforms and safety wears provided by company
• Performs other duties as assigned
