Accountant
Location: Bellevue, Washington OR Los Angeles, CA| Hybrid - must be able to commute into the Bellevue or LA office 3 times a week.

Key Responsibilities | What you will be doing:
- Overseeing all aspects of accounting, including monthly closing procedures.
- Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Assisting in the setup of new ERP systems and continuously improving existing systems.
- Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls.
- Managing intercompany transactions and conducting bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
- Handling tax provisions for US entities.
- Coordinating the preparation of expense budgets, forecasts, and analyses.
- Collaborating closely with finance teams in the PRC to fulfill assigned responsibilities and address financial matters.
- Generating required management reports and providing periodic feedback to PRC finance management.
- Ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and adeptness in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet banking applications.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and taxation regulations.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to work autonomously, self-motivated, with meticulous attention to detail and a positive outlook
