    THE ROLE

    As a Recruiter at Xos, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to ensure we hire the best talent. A successful candidate in this role is someone who is scrappy, isn’t afraid of ambiguity, is able to multitask, and can work effectively within a team both as a leader and as an individual contributor. Xos is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support SG&A (Sales, Accounting, Finance, Legal, HR and Supply Chain). The main purpose of this position is to perform all functions related to full life cycle recruiting. The goal is to ensure that our teams are staffed with the highest quality of associates while keeping the company in compliance with Federal, State and Local laws.

    Recruiting at Xos is a team effort, and your success is paramount to our team’s success. You will be expected to be very hands-on, be a proactive sourcer and planner. You will help train our hiring managers on best practices of the latest hiring techniques and manage an entire full lifecycle of the talent acquisition process to ensure that we have a steady source of talent for our growing company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the full cycle talent acquisition process for assigned positions

    • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to guide them through talent acquisition process

    • Responsible for creating and maintaining a robust talent pipeline with a strong emphasis on the candidate experience throughout

    • Facilitate all aspects of the interview process by building interview kits for each position where you will outline and define the questions being asking throughout the candidate selection process

    • Work closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, managing expectations and building outstanding client relationships

    • Participate in and plan networking, recruiting and hiring events

    • Knowledge of all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws 

    • Demonstrate proactive recruiting techniques using social media sites as well as the use of other recruiting tools

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field required

    • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with both agency and in-house experience

    • Proven knowledge + expertise in hiring for functional skilled professionals (Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, HR, Finance, Accounting, Admin, etc)

    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

    • Top-notch sourcing, project management, and relationship-building skills

    • Outstanding organization and attention to detail

    • Experience with high volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination experience in a hyper-growth organization

    • Expertise in managing candidate pipelines and executing against a timeline

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, highly organized, and keen emotional intelligence

    • A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and ability to achieve goals

    • Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other software applications used for sourcing candidates

    • Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies

    • Experience with diversity and inclusion sourcing strategy and hiring preferred

    • Familiarity with Google Workspace preferred
