What We're Seeking:

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and self-motivated HR Generalist who can autonomously deliver top-tier HR and People Management solutions to our clients.

This role demands exceptional organization, efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to make independent decisions.

As a hybrid position, it involves both on-site client visits and remote work, primarily serving clients in the Delaware Valley and Philadelphia region, with potential travel to neighboring states.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 per year.

You're an accomplished HR Practitioner with a comprehensive background across all HR functional areas.

You excel in diverse assignments, adapting quickly to various projects and engagements, and thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Accountability, critical thinking, and self-direction are second nature to you.

Adept at communication, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients, embodying a culture of respect, integrity, and professionalism. As a passionate HR professional, you're committed to making a positive impact and achieving excellence within a flexible and highly dynamic workplace.

Your Experience:

You possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR generalist experience, along with proven leadership in managing teams of professionals.

With exposure to diverse industries or multi-site organizations, you bring a wealth of expertise to the table. You may have held titles such as Sr. HR Associate, HR Generalist, HR Associate or Senior HR Consultant.

A bachelor's degree is required, and HR professional certification is preferred. Experience in a professional service firm is a plus.
