What you’ll do:
As our Sales Partner, you will be responsible for executing mutually agreed-upon contact, appointment and transaction goals. You will build your local database, master proven lead generation levers and business-building activities, as well as cultivate relationships with your Market Center’s leaders. Cast your vision for the future and we will help you achieve your production based goals and explore paths for you to grow your own organization. Your collaboration extends beyond your market; our Sales Partner is highly collaborative with our team of real estate professionals and leaders across the country.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospects for presents to and serves as the key relationship for all sellers resulting in effective conversions to contracts to closed transactions
Follows-up with leads from the Hub with for sale by owners (FSBOs) and expireds
Becomes a local market expert and an expert on market conditions and pricing trends
Provides high-level fiduciary consulting on pricing strategies, staging, and other seller-related preparation
Consults with Deldi Ortegon Group Hub to coordinate transactions, ensuring that clients receive fiduciary service from contract to close
Evaluates showing feedback and re-evaluates pricing as needed.
Effectively negotiates for all sellers.
Prospects for, follows-up with, presents to and follows-up with buyers resulting in effective conversions to a buyer agreement to closed transaction
Develops expert knowledge regarding mortgage, financing, neighborhoods, schools and all relevant information for homeowners
Provides high-level fiduciary consultations and executes time-efficient home searches
Consults with Xperience’s Hub to coordinate transactions, ensuring that clients receive fiduciary service from contract to close
Effectively negotiates for all buyers
Knowledge and Skills:
Real Estate license
Excellent client service skills
