    CUSTOMER SERVICE - OFFICE ASSISTANT (NURSING AND ALLIED AGENCY

     

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work to only deliver the pipeline of candidates to our clients to further establish a positive and capable opinion of the Xpert Recruiters brand.
    • Exhibit our recruiting standards when sourcing and communicating with future candidates.
    • Participate in intake calls and work to resolve client issues as they arise.
    • Maintain a "can do" attitude. Use system reports to track your weekly progress on goal completion and identify bottlenecks in your process.
    • Master the intricacies of our applicant tracking system, working closely with our Process Manager on weekly training initiatives.

     

    SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong handle on social media resources and the role they play in the evolving recruiting landscape and being able to utilize them in your process.
    • Preferred Experience with systems like Peoplefluent/ Fieldglass/ Shiftwise/ FocusOne a plus
    • Required Experience in Nurse, Aliied, or Healthcare Recruiting.

Excellent verbal, writing and telephone skills. Ability to plan and organize work. Skilled in various computer medical software. Medical terminology. Knowledge of various medical procedures. Excellent customer service skills. Required: CA LVN License, Current BLS Preferred: Ortho Tech, CA Medical Assistant Certificate Preferred: One year medical office experience

    1. intermediate experience with Excel using large data sets
    2. intermediate experience with detail oriented analysis of Data, detail oriented review of data, and detail oriented verification of data
    3. intermediate experience with analyzing reports, reviewing reports, and verifying reports
    4. intermediate experience with Mapping data from a data source into a common data warehouse data model
    5. intermediate experience with Communicating with data source owners
    6. intermediate experience with the concepts of Relational databases
    7. intermediate experience with analyzing Business processes
