We are conducting a nationwide search for an AMI-TRAINED PRIMARY MONTESSORI GUIDE to open a new classroom beginning in late-Spring 2020.  Through your efforts, children will fulfill their developmental potential with authentically prepared, exceptionally executed Montessori.

Discovery's beautiful facility is located in Hawthorne, California, near the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and El Segundo Boulevard.

INVITATION TO APPLY

We encourage you to apply if you:

• Have earned an AMI primary diploma;
• Are experienced working with children aged 2½  - 6 years old; and
• Are available to join Discovery in late-Spring 2020.

We would prefer you over other candidates if you:

• Live in Southern California;
• Have earned bachelor's and/or master's degrees in any subject;
• Have five or more years' experience as a Montessori guide;
• Are a fluent Spanish speaker;
• Are a US citizen or green cardholder (under certain conditions, we may sponsor non-US persons for work authorization);
• Have outstanding academic credentials such as a degree from a prestigious college or university and/or graduation with honors at any level; and/or
• Have interesting hobbies, skills, and life experiences.
