We are conducting a nationwide search for an AMI-TRAINED INFANT MONTESSORI GUIDE to lead their own nido classroom.  Through your efforts, children will fulfill their developmental potential with authentically prepared, exceptionally executed Montessori.

Discovery's beautiful facility is located in Hawthorne, California, near the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and El Segundo Boulevard.

INVITATION TO APPLY

We encourage you to apply if you:

• Have earned an AMI assistants to infancy 0 - 3 diploma (consideration may be given to individuals with AMS diplomas);
• Are experienced working with children aged 10 weeks  - 3 years old; and
• Are available to join Discovery immediately.

We would prefer you over other candidates if you:

• Live in Southern California;
• Have earned bachelor's and/or master's degrees in any subject;
• Have five or more years' experience as a Montessori guide;
• Are a fluent Spanish speaker;
• Are a US citizen or green cardholder (under certain conditions, we may sponsor non-US persons for work authorization); and/or
• Have interesting hobbies, skills, and life experiences.
