DESCRIPTION:
WITH THE DIRECTION OF THE MARKETING DIRECTOR AND SALES DIRECTOR, THE MARKETING COORDINATOR IS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT ARE CONDUCTED AND ARE EXECUTED IN A TIMELY MANNER. YOU ARE DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE XSIGHT BRAND CONSISTENTLY THROUGH MESSAGING AND CONTENT AS WELL AS UNDERSTANDING AND ENSURING XSIGHT IS REACHING OUR TARGET MARKET. ADDITIONALLY, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF DATA THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS OR PRESENT IDEAS TOWARDS ON-GOING MARKETING EFFORTS.
MAINTAINS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF CURRENT MARKETING TECHNIQUES AND STRATEGIES AND CAN EXECUTE ASSOCIATED TASKS EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY
THINKS CREATIVELY ABOUT METHODS AND APPROACHES TO MARKETING AND EXTENDING THE BRAND REACH
RESPONSIBLE FOR LEAD GENERATION THROUGH TRADITIONAL AND DIGITAL MARKETING METHODS, EXPANDING OUR BRAND AWARENESS AND TRACKING ITS PROGRESS/SUCCESS
ASSISTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE XSIGHT BRAND
ASSISTS IN CREATING MARKETING STRATEGIES AND MAINTAINING A YEARLY MARKETING CALENDAR
WORKS WITH THE MARKETING DIRECTOR AND SALES TEAM FOR PLANNED PROMOTIONS
WORKS WITH THE SALES TEAM IN PLANNING FOR BRIDAL SHOWS AND OPEN HOUSES
WORKS WITH THE SALES TEAM ON MAINTAINING VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS
WORKS WITH THE MARKETING DIRECTOR TO IMPLEMENT ALL EMAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS INCLUDING LIST MANAGEMENT, CONTENT CREATION AND REPORTING OF CONVERSIONS TO GAUGE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CAMPAIGN
HAS A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SEO BEST PRACTICES AND CAN IMPLEMENT THEM TO SEE MEASURABLE RESULTS
HAS WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF WEBSITE CMS DASHBOARDS INCLUDING WORDPRESS AND SQUARESPACE TO CONDUCT BASIC CONTENT UPDATES FOR SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION AND GENERAL USER EXPERIENCE/ENGAGEMENT

HAS WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF CREATING VISUAL CONTENT USING THE CREATIVE CLOUD TO MAKE OR EDIT DESIGN ASSETS
HAS A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF DESIGN PRINCIPLES AND CAN CREATE DESIGNS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS, EMAIL MARKETING, LANDING PAGES, DYNAMIC ADS, SOCIAL ADS AND OTHER MARKETING SPECIFIC CONTENT NEEDS
IS HIGHLY ORGANIZED AND WELL VERSED IN MANAGING DIGITAL ASSETS, LIBRARIES AND SHARED CONTENT
MANAGING LOCAL AND PAID ONLINE LISTINGS AND ADDITIONAL PAGES SPECIFIC TO THE WEDDING AND NON-WEDDING INDUSTRIES

REQUIREMENTS:
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A MARKETING ASSISTANT OR MARKETING COORDINATOR TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE IS REQUIRED.
BASIC PHOTO AND VIDEO EDITING SKILLS IS A PLUS.
BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF UI AND UX DESIGN IS A PLUS.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 20-40 HOURS PER WEEK M-F WITH SOME WEEKEND WORK POSSIBLE.
