Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue (25% ARR) across 50 existing accounts, with a heavy concentration on the ten largest
- Renew clients; cross sell, up sell
- Establish best Account Management practices.
- Begin to hire and train additional Account Managers within 12 months

Required Candidate Attributes:
- Retail industry knowledge
- Experienced working with clients to help them discover additional value through solutions not previously procured.
- Experienced in cross selling, up-selling and renewing
- Ideally have experience working with data analysts, or was an analyst or in operations from the retail or REIT segment in the past
- Capable of establishing and documenting best Account Management practices
- Have either the experience, or ability/interest to hire and train other Account Managers
- Ok with up to 50% travel, mostly on the West Coast
