    OVERVIEW

    Reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, the Head of Global Marketing & Brand will stand as the most senior marketer at Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli. You will drive all lead generation, customer acquisition, eCommerce, social, and digital marketing strategies on behalf of this global organization.

    The Head of Global Marketing & Brand will be responsible for managing the Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli brand and the marketing and promotion of our Professional and Consumer grade portfolios that include Professional Eyelash Extension Application Products and Supplies, Professional Education & Training, and Eyelash Extension Compatible after-care products and cosmetics to create on brand awareness and to drive sales across our omnichannel marketing and distribution platforms. This individual should possess strong leadership, collaboration, and creative traits and attributes, as well as strong organization and project management skills. While managing the brand and product portfolio, this individual will be in charge of leading the development of the marketing, creative, and sales assets and ongoing campaigns for marketing, promoting and selling our portfolio of products to beauty professionals and to consumers on social media, Google, Bing, Amazon, other third-party online distribution channels, e-commerce websites, and brick and mortar salons, spas and studios to domestic and international clients.

    Our target audience includes B2B and B2C. The B2B channel includes licensed professionals, including cosmetologists, estheticians, massage therapists and owners, and managers of salons and spas domestically. Internationally, our B2B channel includes international distributors and franchisees. Our B2C target audience includes consumers who visit professional salons and spas for their lash extension services, as well as direct to consumer on our e-commerce website.

    JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

    STRATEGY

    • Develop a digital roadmap and center of excellence to achieve sustainable and profitable business models
    • Approach all marketing with a sales-minded approach to deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Expert and passionate about creating KPIs, metrics and running analytics to ensure data-driven decisions are evaluated for ROI
    • Expert and passionate about running analytics and proficient at using modern digital, social, and website analytics tools.
    • Integrate marketing and sales efforts to shorten the sales cycle and increase revenue per customer
    • Build and measure a fully automated lead generation program for inbound lead activity, and analyze ROI

    DIGITAL MARKETING

    • Lead the overall SEO, PPC, SEM and other paid advertising and affiliate marketing efforts to elevate the volume of quality leads and conversions online
    • Manage paid and unpaid advertisements via email, Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon and other 3rd party online sellers and our E-Commerce site
    • Oversee content management, campaign development, creative briefs, marketing briefs
    • Enhance the existing marketing automation efforts (Pardot) to drive lead nurturing and conversions to retain and grow customers through strong email marketing and campaigns
    • Select the right martech/adtech tools and partners to deliver the best ROI
    • Oversee media expenditure to drive bottom-line results

    E-COMMERCE

    • Manage e-commerce
    • Develop and launch a best in class mobile experience to generate leads and drive conversion
    • Identify and expand opportunities to scale 3rd party e-commerce business (Amazon, Nordstrom.com, etc.)
    • esign, develop, deploy and maintain a modern B2B, B2C, and B2B2Ce-commerce platform that is UI/UX, SEO and Social Optimized that drives leads and converts them to clients and is fast, aesthetically pleasing, mobile-first and integrates with our Salesforce CRM, and ERP

    BRAND MANAGEMENT

    • Develop brand messaging and positioning for the B2B and B2C clientele across all digital platforms, including but not limited to, the website, social media, and third party websites
    • Shape branding programs to incentivize the workforce to fuel brand identity, brand association and brand differentiation
    • Oversee Public Relations efforts
    • Ensure creative is on point with brand strategy
    • Influence product development based on market research
    • Create customer personas for B2B and B2C, and ensure that they are on brand and generating ROI
    • Take ownership of the marketing and promotional annual calendar to ensure strategic campaigns for holidays, special events, product launches and relaunches are up to date.

    SOCIAL MEDIA

    • Develop a strategy for social influencers and lead authentic and impactful partnerships across social platforms
    • Stand as the strategic leader for content ideation, social media and community management
    • Build an online community to drive brand positioning, messaging, and advertising on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)

    EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong understanding and proficiency in P&L
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field; MBA a plus
    • Experience within B2B and B2C marketing preferred
    • Track record of building high performing and relatively lean marketing functions
    • Proven experience in persuading others using strong logic and compelling data; you embrace the opportunity to be a change agent
    • Experience working with marketing automation tools (preferably Pardot), CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and driving data insights
    • Experienced in data analysis to pull the insights needed to analyze, grow and lead digital strategy
    • Strong communication skills required; must be able to articulate a clear vision throughout all levels of an organization
    • Experience with consumer-packaged-goods a plus
    • Must be able to write compelling copy in the brand voice
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Meticulous attention to detail, an eye for beauty, highly organized, excellent time-management skills, and able to multi-task
    • A proactive, go-getter, and a problem solver
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
