Position Summary:

As an Accounting Clerk you will play a pivotal role in supporting our finance team with daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll accounting entries, and account/statement reconciliation. You will be working on QuickBooks Online and e-commerce financial management. This is a full time in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable.

Help prepare payroll accounting entries.

Support the monthly account and statement reconciliation process.

Work on QuickBooks Online for various accounting activities.

Contribute to e-commerce financial analysis and reporting.

Participate in special finance-related projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.

Prior experience in an e-commerce setting is highly advantageous.

Strong excel/google sheets skills

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll accounting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
