Xwing is seeking a highly experienced software engineer to lead the development of core back-end software systems and APIs for autonomous aviation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class engineering team in autonomous transportation and aerospace. While this role does not require prior robotics or autonomous vehicle experience, it is valued. A successful candidate for this role will demonstrate an exceptional ability to navigate complex problems, break them down into more manageable components, clearly communicate an elegant solution and path to solving them that aligns with the company's priorities and objectives.
