    Job Title: IFS ERP Sales Account Executive

    Location: Chicago, IL

    Duration: Full Time / Direct Hire

    ** Position Summary:**

    • Our Major client is looking for an Account Executive to shape their IFS ERP sales within their organization and scale revenue to the next level within the US and Canada regions.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsibly architecting a sales strategy and executing the strategy to build pipeline and opportunities and mid-market sales.
    • The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.

    ** Responsibilities:**

    • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
    • Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
    • Evangelize the product and personally help close large deals.
    • Work collaboratively across teams – delivery management etc.
    • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
    • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
    • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
    • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Strong IFS ERP Product sales background (3 to 5 years of experience- Salesforce or ServiceNow).
    • Background in selling IFS ERP products with IFS partners or clients (1 to 2+ years of experience).
    • Previous experience in high sales volume/revenue mandatory.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
    • Customer oriented and great at building client relationships.
    • Very strong work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity)
