Business Analyst (CCPA/GDPR)

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science
- 5+ years of proven expertise in BA and should be well versed with requirement elicitation/ analysis, requirements management and communication, solution assessment and validation
- 5+ years of proven experience in regulatory reporting with knowledge in Banking domain
- Experience with GDPR implementation and should have ability to identify the implications of CCPA Compliance to the current and future environment
- Should have Strong communication and Stakeholder interaction skills.
- Ensure compliance issues are correctly identified, evaluated, investigated and resolved.
- Conduct Risk Assessments whenever necessary & report to the respective Department Head's
- Provide consultative services to business areas (Internal Department's) on the appropriate controls needed to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Strong experience and detailed understanding of technology, CCPA regulations, compliance management best practice, processes or methods.
- Ability to evaluate and recommend preventative and corrective controls to mitigate risk to the organization.
- Suggest Process Improvements whenever necessary
- Good Documentation skills
- Update, Manage & Maintain the Policy repository & conduct periodic reviews
- High proficiency with SQL language and database management
- Proven analytical abilities
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
- Extensive experience with data visualization
