Position: Certified ServiceNow Developer
Duration: Full Time / Direct Hire
Location: Tampa, FL
For OPT Candidates H1 VISA will sponsor.
Kindly note: ServiceNow CIS Certification is Mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Develops ITSM process activities through the development of policies, processes and procedures in order to establish a standard methodology/practice that will optimize Customer Service Support and Delivery performance.
- Communicates process standards to ensure understanding across the organization.
- Attend and contribute in peer /customer meetings involving technical subject matter experts and lay persons.
- Works with the process/service owner to define the configuration management process and the necessary policies.
- Researches, reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of procedures, and develops strategies for enhancing these processes in accordance with ITIL best practices to enable continuous improvement.
